All orders are subject to acceptance by MicroKits, and by placing a wholesale order with us, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before placing your order.
Wholesale Discount, Pricing and Minimums:
All prices listed within the MicroKits wholesaler portal are in US Dollars. Suggested retail prices (MSRP) are listed on the wholesale website along with the wholesale price. MSRP is subject to change without notice. The minimum order required to access wholesale pricing is $150.
Payment Terms:
Payment for products ordered through the MicroKits Wholesale portal must be paid in full within 30 days of receiving the product (Net 30 days).
Product Availability:
All products are subject to availability. Quantities are updated in the Wholesaler portal. In the event that an item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a suitable replacement or a refund.
Returns:
We don’t not accept returns on wholesale orders except in the case of faulty or damaged goods. Damaged goods must be reported to MicroKits within 10 days of receiving the order.
Shipping:
a tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. While we do everything we can to ensure your product arrives timely and intact, unfortunately product can go missing or become damaged during shipment. Please contact MicroKits regarding any damaged or missing product within 10 days of the order’s arrival. MicroKits reserves the right to refuse any shipment claims made once these 10 days have passed.
Delivery Time:
We will endeavor to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days of receipt of the order. However, delivery times may vary depending on the size of the order and the destination. Delivery times are estimates only, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
3rd Party Website Policy:
In an effort to maintain the quality and value of our products, MicroKits will not ship to any company listing MicroKits products on Amazon.com. Customers found in violation will be subject to permanent account suspension.
MAP Policy:
Resellers agree to maintain the integrity of the MicroKits brand by adhering to our MAP pricing policy. The minimum advertised prices for all products must be at least 85% of the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). Any advertised prices below this threshold will result in a warning for the first offense and termination for subsequent offenses.
Intellectual Property:
All images and content on our website and social media are the property of MicroKits and may not be used without our expressed permission.
Pricing:
Pricing on our website is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time.
Limitation of Liability:
We will not be liable for any damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.
Warning:
Some of our products contain small parts and may be a choking hazard.
Indemnity:
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless MicroKits and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Virginia.
Changes to Terms and Conditions:
